Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated December 5, 2007, to wit:
"WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, judgment is hereby rendered declaring respondent liable of violating Section 8.1 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, Series of 2003. Respondent is ORDERED to pay Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) without prejudice to the filing of any other cases as the evidence may warrant.
SO ORDERED.”
