Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, judgment is hereby rendered declaring respondent liable of violating Section 19 (b) of PCSD Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2000. Respondent is ORDERED to pay the penalty in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00).
SO ORDERED.”
