Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
decision is hereby rendered finding the respondent liable for violating Section 12.1 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 07, Series of 2003. The subject chainsaw bearing serial number 30035639 is hereby ORDERED forfeited in favor of the Government. With respect to allegations of violation of Sections 12.3 and 12.4, the same are hereby DISMISSED for lack of evidence.
SO ORDERED.
