Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
the Board hereby RESOLVES declaring the herein respondent Surprice Trading, represented by Riza P. Dado, liable for violating Section 10.3 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, as amended. The respondent is hereby ORDERED to pay the FINE in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00).
SO ORDERED.
