Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered declaring respondent to have vilated Section 10.3 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, Series of 2000, as amended. Respondent is ordered to pay a FINE of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, and CANCELLATION of Certificate of Accreditation.
SO ORDERED.
