Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated January 24, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,decision is hereby rendered finding the respondent liable for violation of Section 10.3 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, as amended. The herein respondent is hereby ORDERED to pay the fine in the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00). Further, the PCSD Certificate of Accreditation No. LFT-050505-002 of the respondent is hereby SUSPENDED for one year.
SO ORDERED.
