Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,decision is hereby rendered finding the respondent liable for violating Section 10.1 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, as amended. Respondent is ORDERED to pay the fine in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of NOTICE OF DECISION.
SO ORDERED.
