Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,judgment is hereby rendered declaring respondent liable for violating Section 12.1 and 12.4 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 07, Series of 2003. The subject chainsaw is ORDERED forfeited in favor of the Government without prejudice to the filing of other charges before the proper Court as the evidence may warrant.
SO ORDERED".
