Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,decision is hereby rendered finding the respondents liable of violating PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, as amended. The respondents are hereby ORDERED to pay jointly and severally the fine in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250,000.00) The live fishes confiscated,including the paraphernalia are hereby ordered FORFEITED in favor of the government
SO ORDERED".
