Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
judgment is hereby rendered declaring respondents liable for violating Sections 12.1 and 12.4 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 07, Series of 2003. The subject chainsaw bearing Serial Number 114157 is ORDERED forfeited in favor of the Government without prejudice to the filing of other charges before the proper Court as the evidence may warrant.
SO ORDERED.
