February 21st, 2008, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
it is hereby resolved declaring the respondent liable for violation of Sections 12.1 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 07, Series of 2003. The subject chainsaw, STIHL without serial number is hereby FORFEITED in favor of the Government.
