Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated December 5, 2007, to wit:
“WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
the Board hereby GRANTS the request of the herein respondent Triton Products Corporation for the reduction of fine from Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) to Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P25,000.00) and ordered the payment thereof within 15 days upon receipt of the ORDER in accordance with Section 19 of PCSD Resolution No. 04-238. Further, this case is ORDERED terminated and dropped from the records upon payment of the corresponding fine.
SO ORDERED".
