Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision datedJuly 26 2007, to wit:
“WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
the Board hereby RESOLVES declaring respondents liable of violating Sections 15.3 and 15.4 of the PCSD Administrative Order No. 7, as amended. The subject chainsaw bearing no serial number is hereby ORDERED forfeited in favor of the Government.
SO ORDERED".
