Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED judgment is hereby rendered finding the respondent liable for violation of Section 10.3 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 05, as amended. The herein respondent is hereby ORDERED to pay the fine in the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00). Further, the certificate of accreditation of respondent is hereby SUSPENDED for one year.
