Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated August 23, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
judgment is hereby rendered declaring respondent liable for violation of Section 12.4 of the PCSD Administrative Order No. 7, Series of 2003. The chainsaw in the custody of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development be declared forfeited in favor of the Government.
SO ORDERED.
