WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
it is hereby resolved declaring respondent Triton Products Corporation liable to pay a fine in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) for violating Section 19 (b) of PCSD Admin Order No. 6, series of 2000. The case is hereby terminated.
SO ORDERED.
