WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, decision is hereby rendered finding the respondents liable for violating Section 12.4 of PCSD Administrative Order No. 07, Series of 2003. The subject chainsaw bearing Serial No. 911067917601 is hereby FORFEITED in favor of the Government.
