Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
judgment is hereby rendered forfeiting the confiscated pebbles in favor of the government and ordering all the respondents to pay the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS as fine for operating without SEP clearance as provided under Section 19 paragraph (b) of Administrative Order Number 6 or the Guidelines in the implementation of SEP clearance system.
SO ORDERED.
