Quoted below is a dispositve portion of the Board’s decision dated July 26, 2007, to wit:
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED,
the Board hereby RESOLVES declaring the respondent liable of violating Section 19 (b) of PCSD Administrative Order No. 06, Series of 2000. The herein respondent is ORDERED to pay the penalty in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00).
