While there is reason to celebrate, the PCSDS rather proposes for a simple manner of glee. RBD will be undertaken: Re-affirming – Bonding and Defining, where the staff will reflect on how to boost its performance, sharing of lessons, and revisit/define its medium-term program/agenda, capped by “family bonding” among the staff.
