One of the major functions of the Palawan Council For Sustainable Development (PCSD) as mandated by Republic Act 7611 is to formulate policies directing the implementation of the Strategic Environmental Plan (SEP) for Palawan.

Convened in August 1992, the Council has adopted resolutions, memorandum circulars and administrative orders to answer the call for an immediate arrest of degradation of Palawan's environment and the installation of measures towards realising the objectives of sustainable development.

In behalf of the Council, the PCSD Secretariat has compiled and circularized the following resolutions, circulars and administrative orders. The PCSD believes that the success of the SEP hinges on the knowledge of all concerned in the policy directive adopted by the PCSD.
