TO : All PCSD Accredited Live Fish Traders in Palawan

SUBJECT: Imposition of Sanctions for Transporting via Unaccredited Aircraft Carriers

Pursuant to PCSD Adm. Order #5, series of 2000, transport of live fish from Palawan shall be allowed only through accredited live fish traders on board accredited live fish carriers. It has been reported that some accredited live fish traders have been disregarding this provision by transporting live fish via unaccredited aircraft carriers.

In view of these reports, all live fish traders are hereby reminded to abide by the commitment made in their application for accreditation to transport live fish only through accredited live fish carriers. Violation of the aforementioned Administrative Order shall be a ground for cancellation of accreditation and the perpetual disqualification from engaging in live fish trading in Palawan.
