TO : All LIVEFISH CARRIERS OPERATING IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN

SUBJECT: LIFTING OF THE MORATORIUM FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PCSD ACCREDITATION OF LIVE FISH AIR CARRIERS

Pursuant to its 99th Regular Meeting held on 19 June 2003, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development has lifted the moratorium for the issuance of PCSD accreditation of live fish air carriers.

The accreditation and operation of the air carriers shall be governed by the existing procedures and requirements as stipulated in the PCSD Admin. Order No. 5 as amended and other related PCSD issuances.
