Memorandum Circular No. 05 Series of 2003

TO : All Accredited Live Fish Traders and Carriers in Palawan

SUBJECT: CHARTERING OR LEASING OF AIRCRAFT/S TO TRANSPORT LIVEFISH

Pursuant to PCSD Admin Order No. 00-05 As Amended and Memorandum Circular No. 02, series of 2002, transport of live fish from Palawan shall be allowed only through accredited live fish traders on board accredited live fish carriers.

In order to further strengthen the above-cited Administrative Order and Memorandum Circular, all accredited carriers intending to lease or charter additional aircraft to transport livefish from Palawan are hereby advised to lease or charter aircraft/s operated by an accredited carrier.

Violation of this Memorandum Circular and all other related PCSD issuances will be dealt with accordingly. Further, non-compliance shall be considered ground for the cancellation of the accreditation.
