PCSD Proclamation No. 1
DECLARING THE SAN VICENTE COMMUNAL
FOREST ZONE SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN
Upon the recommendations of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff and pursuant to the powers vested by Republic Act No. 7611, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development do hereby declare the San Vicente Communal Forest zone situated in the Municipality of San, Vicente, Palawan. As such, it will provide sustainable source of wood and other forest products for domestic and government infrastructure, and other needs in the municipality on strictly non-commercial basis, rehabilitate denuded and degraded forest lands and increase the forest resource base through forest development activities.
The San Vicente Communal Forest shall have the following technical description,
to wit:

The San Vicente Communal Forest Zone shall be under the administrative
jurisdiction of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development
and shall be administered in accordance with PCSD Administrative
Order No. 01, series of 1999, and Republic Act No. 7611.
