PCSD Proclamation No. 14

DECLARING CERTIFICATE OF ANCESTRAL LAND CLAIM No. 0007 AS ANCESTRAL ZONE

     Upon recommendation of the Palawan Special Committee Tribal Ancestral Zone (PSCTAZ) created by virtue of PCSD Resolution No. 99-147 and pursuant to the powers by the Republic Act. 7611, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development hereby declares the Certificate of Ancestral Land Claim No. 0007 located in Boong, Dumanguena, Narra, Palawan with an area of 686, 090.02 square meters as tribal ancestral zone of the Environmentally Critical Areas Network (ECAN). Such proclamation will promote protection of the rights of the indigenous peoples in the aforementioned ancestral land claim.

     CALC PAL 0007 shall have the following technical description:

    Beginning at a point marked "1" of SWO-045615-003159, being, N. 88-15 W., 950.00 m. from corner 6 of parcel 1, thence.

    S. 10-15 W., 300.02 m. to point 2;    N. 47-37 W., 228.71 m. to point 3;
    N. 47-37 W., 228-73 m. to point 4;    N. 47-37 W., 228.75 m. to point 5;
    N. 81-30 E., 500.00 m. to point 6;     S. 15-15 E., 249.98 m. to point 1;

      To point of beginning.

      All corners are marked on the ground by trees.

     Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 and on the SW along lines 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 and on the N.s along line 5-6 and on the NE., along lines 6-1 by Manaili Reforestration Project.

     Bearings true.
