Upon the recommendations of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff and pursuant to the powers vested by Republic Act No. 7611, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development do hereby declare the Puerto Princesa City Communal Forest zone situated in Barangay Napsan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. As such, it will provide sustainable source of wood and other forest products for domestic and government infrastructure, and other needs in the City on strictly non-commercial basis, rehabilitate denuded and degraded forest lands and increase the forest resource base through forest development activities.

The Puerto Princesa City Communal Forest shall have the following technical description, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the Plan of the Communal Forest of the City Government of Puerto Princesa, being S. 75° 32' W., 35,283.01 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cadastral 800-D, Puerto Princesa City Cadastre, thence.

N. O1°30'W., 1,476.00 meters to corner 2, thence;
N. 04° 59' W., 225.95 meters to corner 3, thence;
S. 73° 28 'E., 749.45 meters to corner 4, thence;
N. 50° 04' E., 391.08 meters to corner 5, thence;
N. 49° 28' W., 1,240.59 meters to corner 6, thence;
N. 84° 27' E., 1,877.54 meters to corner 7,thence;
S. 54° 27' E., 485.12 meters to corner 8, thence;
N. 22° 21' E., 2,194.58 meters to corner 9, thence;
N. 68° 11' E., 544.07 meters to corner 10, thence;
S. 48° 45' E., 310.76 meters to corner 11, thence;
N. 74° 25' E., 2,733.22 meters to corner 12, thence;
S. 31° 44' W., 4,938.73 meters to comer 13 thence;
S. 75° 35' W., 1,720.30 meters to corner 14 thence;
N. 70° 34' W., 1,003.38 meters to corner 15 thence;
S. 84° 19' W., 444.89 meters to corner 16 thence;
S. 13° 15' E., 640.01 meters to corner 17 thence;
S. 76° 06' E., 1,010.91 meters to point of beginning
containing an approximate area of 1,398.16 hectares.

All corners are properly marked on the ground.

The Puerto Princesa City Communal Forest Zone shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development and shall be administered in accordance with PCSD Administrative Order No. 01, series of 1999, and Republic Act No. 7611.
