PALAWAN COUNCIL FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

PCSD Proclamation No. 5
Upon the recommendations of the Palawan
Council for Sustainable Development Staff and pursuant to the powers
vested by Republic Act 7611, the Palawan Council for Sustainable
Development hereby declares the Roxas Communal Forest Zone situated
in Barangay Magara, Tagumpay and Dumarao, Municipality of Roxas,
Palawan. As such, it will provide sustainable source of the wood
and other forest products for domestic and government infrastructure,
and other needs in the Municipality on non-strictly non-commercial
basis, rehabilitate denuded and degraded forest lands and increases
the forest resource base through forest development activities.
The Roxas Communal Forest Zone shall
have the following technical descriptions:

Beginning at a point marked "1"
on the plan of Communal Forest Project of the Municipality of Roxas
located at Barangays Magara and Tagumpay, being N.38°39 E.,
480.23' meters from the junction of Camaran River and Iraan River,

The Communal Forest Zone shall be under
the administrative jurisdiction of the Palawan Council for Sustainable
Development and shall be administered in accordance with PCSD Administrative
Order No. 01, series of 1999, and Republic Act No. 7611.
