     Upon recommendation of the Palawan Special Committee Tribal Ancestral Zone (PSCTAZ), created by virtue of PCSD Resolution No. 99-147, and pursuant to the powers vested by Republic Act No. 7611, the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development hereby declares Certificate of Ancestral Land Claim No. 0002 located in Amas,Brooke's Point with an area of 7,250,037 square meters as Tribal Ancestral Zone of the Environmentally Critical Areas Network (ECAN). Such proclamation will promote the protection of the rights of the indigenous peoples in the aforementioned ancestral land claim

     CALC PAL No. 0002 shall have the following technical description:

      Beginning at a point marked "1" of SWO-045606-003158, being N. 59-40 W., 5,400.08 M from BLLM No. 1, Pls-29 Municipality of Brooke's Point, Palawan, Thence.

            S. 48-05 W., 1384.13 m. to point 2;      S. 48-10 W., 125.38 m. to point 3;
            S. 38-45 W., 211.63 m. to point 4;        S. 13-34 W., 524.61 m. to point 5;
            S. 71-03 W., 1600.01 m. to point 6;      S. 63.53 W., 1703.39 m. to point 7,
            S. 65-52 W., 140.66 m. to point 8,        N. 69-10 W., 1059.60 m. to point 9;
            S. 72-21 E., 2792.21 m. to point 10;     N. 36-37 E, 891.74 m. to point 11;
            N. 25-25 W., 675.58 m. to point 12;      N. 18-37 W., 2716.87 m. to point 13,
            S. 56-10 E., 3087.87 m. to point 14;     S. 66-16 E., 1016.05 m. to point 1,
            to point of beginning.

       Containing an area of Seven Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and Thirty Seven (7,250,037) square meters.

       All corners are marked on the ground by old Pis. Cyl. Cons. Mons. 15x60 cm., except corners 2,3,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, and 14 are trees.

       Bounded on the E., along lines 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, and 4-5 by timberland on the SW., along lines 3-9 by Timberland: on the W., along lines 9-10, 10-11, 11-12 and 12-13 by Timberland.

       Bearings true.
