Non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP) Resource Utilization (Almaciga Resin, Rattan, Beeswax)

1. Project Description/IEE

• Location map/Project site plotted on the Topographic map with 1:50,000 scale
• Development/Management Plan
• Resource Inventory of the area (100%)

2. Status of area being applied

• Certification/evaluation from the CENRO or PENRO
• Tax declaration/stewardship contract when applicable

3. For application for renewal, evaluation of past performance of the permitee by the CENRO

4. Endorsement from the Local Government Units concerned through a resolution by the concerned Sangguniang Bayan/Panlungsod

5. In case the area is within a Certified ancestral land/domain claim, endorsement or waiver from the concerned indigenous communities/tribal people

For renewal:

   Based on Production Report
   -if production is less than 60%, this is for denial
