Forest Land Use Agreement for Tourism Purposes (FLAgT) No ECC required

1. Location map plotted on the Topographic map with 1:50,000 scale

 2. Status of Land/Land Claim

  • Certification/evaluation from the CENRO or PENRO
  • For conflict areas: waiver from other claimants

3. Endorsement from the Local Government Units with attached resolution including a copy of the documentation of the consultation process

  • Sangguniang Pambarangay
  • Sangguniang Bayan
    • Sangguniang Panlalawigan
  • Indigenous tribal communities in case the area falls within an ancestral land/domain

4. Proposed Development/Management Plan and Annual Operations Plan

5. For application for renewal, evaluation of past performance of the permitee by the CENRO
