LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR EVALUATION OF SEP CLEARANCE APPLICATIONS

FORESTRY PROJECTS

a. Private Land Timber Permit
b. Minor Forest Products Gathering

1. Location map/project site plotted on a Topo Map with 1:50,000 scale

2. Resource/Timber inventory of the area (100%)

3. Status of the area being applied

Certification/evaluation from the CENRO or PENRO
Tax Declaration/stewardship contract when applicable

4. Endorsement from the Local Government Units concerned where the area is located.

Sangguniang Pambarangay
Sangguniang Bayan/Panlungsod
In case the area is within a Certified ancestral domain claim, endorsement or waiver from the concerned indigenous communities/tribal people

5. Additional requirements for (PLTP)areas with harvestable volume exceeding 200 meters

Initial Environmental Examination (DENR DAO 121 s. 19890 )
Technical description of the land
100% tree inventory
Timber harvesting schedule, transport and marketing plan
Stream/riverbank reforestation plan and map

6. In the case of Non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP) Resource Utilization, if applying for renewal, it should be for denial if production is <60% of the allowable volume.
