AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS

1. a. Livestock/Poultry projects

    EIS: >= 100,000 heads poultry/birds or >= 1,000 heads pigs/goats
    IEE: >= 10,000 heads but <100,000 heads poultry/birds or
    >=100 heads but, 1,000 heads pigs/goats
    Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC): <10,000 heads poultry/birds of <100     heads pigs or goats

    b. Agricultural Plantation 

    EIS:>= 1,000 hectares
    IEE: = 100 hectares but < 1,000 hectares
    Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC): < 100 hectares

   c. Agricultural Processing facilities

     EIS: =>50,000 MT annual production capacity
     IEE: => 5,000 MT but < 50,000
     Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC): < 5,000 MT annual production capacity

2. Additional Requirements to be attached to the EIS/IEE

• Location map/Project site plotted on the Topo Map with 1:50,000 scale
• Site Development Plan/Map noting water bodies (scale 1:10,000)
• Waste Disposal Plan

3. Social Acceptability Documents such as endorsements from

• Sangguniang Bayan
• Sangguniang Pambarangay
• Sangguniang Panlalawigan

4. Zoning Clearance from the Municipality/City Zoning Officer

5. Proof of Status of Land and Land Ownership/Land Claim
